**Attention Library staff** This book is in need of repair at the Maple Ridge location. (It was not my Kids who did the damage) Thanks :)

I don't like the fact that when you lift the flaps there are wild animals that would never be found in a closet, under the bed, etc. I was a sensitive kid and so is my daughter. A few times I've perceived that she's uncomfortable with the alligator that is under the bed skirt flap. IMO, the book would be much better with real things behind these flaps -- a cat under the bed, a toy in the box, a broom in the closet, a ball under the stairs, a sock under the rug, etc. The concept of finding Spot is great; why does it need to involve lions, snakes, and alligators in the house?

Cute book with pages that open up to see if Spot is hiding behind the door. My kids love this book and always tend to open every page a dozen times to see what animal is hiding behind the door.

A storytime favorite for both young and old alike. The Big Book version of this lift-the-flap picture books works great for bigger crowds, and the smaller book is great for lap reading.

It is time for Spot to eat his supper and his mother Sally goes to look for him. A surprising array of animals are hidden all over the house. But where's Spot?
