Private L.A
Book - 2014
"Thom and Jennifer Harlow are the perfect couple, with three perfect children. They maybe two of the biggest mega movie stars in the world, but they're also great parents, philanthropists and just all-around good people. When they disappear without a word from their ranch, facts are hard to find. They live behind such a high wall of security and image control that even world-renowned Private Investigator Jack Morgan can't get to the truth. But as Jack keeps probing, secrets sprout thick and fast--and the world's golden couple may emerge as hiding behind a world of desperation and deception that the wildest reality show couldn't begin to unveil. Murder is only the opening scene" --Publisher.

Add a CommentJack Morgan, the owner of Private is called when Thom and Jennifer Harlow, along with their adopted children are reported missing. While working on that case, a team of ex military men are killing innocent people. Jack and his team have their work cut out for them. This is another very good book in this series.
This is the only fiction book I have ever read (willingly. Books from grade school do not count). I enjoyed it so much that I devoured it in two days. I highly recommend this novel to anyone looking for a good and enticing read!
Super fast pace...there are twists and turns with two investigations going on...Thom and
Jennifer Harlow are kidnapped....Private also to track down people behind killing rampage
of No Prisoners
Another good read in the
private series. A real page turner with interesting twist an turns.
Pretty typical stuff - if you like everyone kitted out with great equipment, fit and trim, able to work through violent assault and still be cool, an easy summer read.
Couldn't get into it. Too slow for this genre.
good, like the series--LA better than Berlin
I read this in a day! Such page turner.
One of the best Patterson novels, believable plot, great characters and action!
Patterson is usually a great story teller and I have read ninety percent of his adult books, but unfortunately with this book he turned into a wordsmith. too much information which made a very boring book.
